Appalachian Mountain Community Health Centers provide whole-person care by integrating a patient’s healthcare needs at one location, at the same time. Our services encompass individualized treatment, health education, and community assistance from a team of providers that include physicians, nurses, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), community health workers, and peer support specialists. AMCHC welcomes all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept many major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. We also offer pricing discounts and sliding scale fees, based on a patient’s family size and income. Discount medications are also available. Restrictions apply.
