As an integral part of WNC’s health care safety net, AMCHC will be recognized locally, regionally, and nationally as a progressively evolving integrated model of accessible, quality/data-driven, evidence-based, patient-centered, and financially viable Community Health Centers focused on effectively managing high-risk populations.
